About Us

We love bikes. It’s that simple. Some of us like to ride bikes to the store. Some of us like to ride across the finish line at the National Championships. But in the end:

WE. LOVE. BIKES

What do we do?

We run a pretty full schedule with plenty of opportunities for everyone to enjoy. As a member of the Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference (ECCC) we maintain a racing team as part of our club. During the fall semester we focus on flying down the local singletrack and competing in our races. As the weather grows cold, we move inside to keep our fitness up for the spring season: speeding our way down the beautiful roads surrounding Juniata and at our races.

In addition, we run skill clinics, maintainance workshops, and chill rides as often as possible year round to help everyone become more capable and independent cyclists. You can also find us volunteering to help clean up local trails, escorting kids to school on National Bike to School day, and promoting positive cycling culture.

Where do you ride?

The simple answer is everywhere we can. The long answer is that Central PA has some of the top roads, singletrack, and forest roads a rider could ask for. Want to go for a 45-mile low traffic loop? Its called Spelunker’s tour, there are signs marking the entire journey, and its a blast? Looking for some fun and technical singletrack that is rated at #16 in the world? Its known as the Allegrippis Trail system and its 20 minutes from campus. Love gravel descents and beautiful vistas? We are surrounded by Rothrock State Forest and its network of gravel roads.

Check out the route library for more. It has detailed turn by turn directions along with milegage, elevation, and a GPS map for most of them.

What do I need?

Nothing but time! We try to make cycling as accessible as we can for everyone. We have a set of loaner bikes, we try to cover race fees and travel. You just need to dedicate yourself to the sport and ride yer bike!
